Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident buying a course from Marco. If it's not the right fit, here's how refunds work.
Courses and bundles
You can request a full refund within 15 days of your purchase date, as long as you haven't consumed 50% or more of the course content. For bundles, you must not have consumed 50% or more of any course in the bundle.
This covers every course and bundle, including the Art Mentorship Video Package and the Starter Kit Template Bundle. It also covers purchases made with a coupon or during a sale.
What can't be refunded
- Digital downloads, such as brush packs
- 1:1 sessions with Marco that have been booked or completed, including the live session in the Art Mentorship Complete Experience. Sessions you haven't booked yet can be refunded.
Marco's Studio membership
You can cancel your membership at any time to stop future charges. If you were charged for a membership you didn't mean to sign up for, email us within 15 days of the charge and we'll refund it.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with:
- The email you used to buy
- The course or product
Once your refund is approved, it goes back to your original payment method. How long it takes to show up depends on your bank or card provider. Your access to the course ends when the refund is initiated on our end.
